- Asset re-location can be tracked because every time asset location is changed, the system will require the user to fill the change-information of current and new location before the new location can take effect.
- Asset Maintenance are also tracked and every details such as spare-parts change and their price are recorded for inspection and record keeping.
- Information on individual asset category such as vehicle, land, building, computer and furniture and fittings have their own distinguished information which differentiates them. For example, vehicle will have information such as chasis no., engine no., insurance etc, and land will have information such as Lot No, Land title, HSM No, Ownership No, Space and many more.
- Assets which have accessories can be registered using the system and tied to their parents. Example is a car which have been fitted with a fog-lamp and a spoiler. The fog-lamp and spoiler can be treated as accessories to the original asset i.e. the car which is the parent to the accessories.
- Financial implications such as depreciation and revaluation can be posted to the financial system (myFinancial) once the integrated module is activated.
